Arizona lawmakers are pushing SB 1272, a bill that threatens your right to choose alternative smoking options and will eliminate access to flavored vapor products.

If this bill passes, it will destroy small businesses and take away adult consumers’ ability to choose alternatives to traditional cigarette smoking.

We ask everyone to send a PERSONAL email to their State Senator asking them to OPPOSE SB 1272.

Suggested talking points in the email are:

Tell them your name, how long you smoked, and that you quit smoking with flavored vape products.

Mentioned how the FDA unfairly treated small companies and only approved products from Big Tobacco companies.

Talk about how the small vape shops have helped you and people like you get off cigarettes and how small businesses are the backbone of our communities.

Mention that lawmakers shouldn’t pick ecumenic winners and losers but instead focus on helping more people quit cigarettes.

Thank them for their service to Arizona. Ask them to reject SB1272 because it harms Arizona businesses, jobs, and consumers.
